Philippe DARSES

President – 45

• 1988 : Philippe graduated from University of Franche-Comté in Electronic & Software Engineering.
• 1989 : He co-founded Cedip Infrared Systems together with Pierre POTET. He worked for Cedip during 19 years as a Software Developer, Project Manager and General Manager and contributed to develop Cedip as a world leader of infrared imaging systems.
• 2008 : Following the acquisition of Cedip by FLIR, Philippe decided to invest in PEGASE and joined the Management team.
• 2008 : Philippe launched his investment company : Venise Invest.

Pierre POTET

Technical Director – 48

• 1984 : Pierre graduated as enginneer in Mechanics from Technical University of Compiègne.
• 1984 : He started as responsible of NDT applications for the Navy submarines in the french MOD.
• 1988 : PhD in Mechanics, 2000 : MBA from ESCP-EAP.
• 1989 : He founded Cedip Infrared Systems. Until today Pierre is CEO of Cedip.
• 2008 : Pierre launched his investment company : Bluebird Venture.

Edouard PETITJEAN

Sales Manager – 35

• 1999 : Edouard graduated from University of Montpellier in Economics.
• 2000 : He started as Area Export Manager for Diagnostic Medical Systems, a French company specialised in the production and distribution of medical X-ray imaging systems.
• 2005 : He joined Cedip Infrared Systems as Business Development Manager for Defence and Security Applications.
• 2009 : Edouard joined PEGASE team as Business Development Manager.
