Offshore & Loading Bouy Surveillance

The
Falcon OSS offshore surveillance system bases on offshore platform ( rig, FPS, tanker, vessel, ..) or ground base.(loading buoy) Its principal goal is to increase the security level, against terrorism or unfair people in the maritime zone, around the platform or buoy, and to detect any intrusions in restricted zone. Its secondary objective include operations management, security, trade control, navigation information exchanges, rescue coordination and protection of the environment. It is compliant to the ISPS code.
The OSS is usually used as an adviser but is able to coordinate and provide piloting and towing indications inside or outside the controlled zones. Is able to orient automatically video camera and any protection system (water gun) into the unfair target direction.
This OSS is the first economic hybrid system specifically achieved for offshore surveillance application (FSO, FPSO , BUOY.. )
It is composed of a standard video & radar sensor, and the module interface assuring the link between 1 to 8 sensors, and a multi - screens operating system.
The radar module interface is equipped with the last digital video processing generation which allows to detect and track up to 100 targets, even small target in bad sea conditions.
It includes an AIS transceiver.
The use of PC architecture allows a stake in network of several radars or stations of control (connection to internet or private network ) as well as a maintenance from afar by modem.
A particular effort has been carried on the conviviality and easiness of use by non specialist operators.
Offshore & Loading Buoy Surveillance features are:
• FRIEND TO FOE identification capability
• VIDEO, AIS, radar sensors INTERFACE
• EARLY COLLISION WARNING MODULE
• BUILDIN SUBCLUTTER EXTRACTOR FOR LOW SIZE TARGET DETECTION (wood boat)
• VIDEO CAMERA REMOTE ORIENTATION CAPABILITY
• CONTINUOUS RECORD OF RAW & TRACK DATA
• LOW COST & LOW MAINTENANCE COST
