Falcon VTS for Mayotte Port Authority...

PEGASE systems has successfully accomplished the installation of FALCON VTS at Longoni Mayotte Port Autorithy, France.

As part of the port infrastructure modernization and to ensure compliance with international regulations, Longoni Port Authority has decided to improve safety and efficiency of maritime traffic with FALCON VTS solution.






At this stage, the system installed at Longoni Harbour Master Office includes an AIS station carrying out :
• Collect & display AIS information over marine chart
• Record and replay of traffic situations
• Send AIS messages
• Ensure automatic surveillance of the VTS area (collision avoidance, speed limit control, restricted area, waterways, mooring zone monitoring...)

Thanks to our flexible new modular and web ORCA architecture, FALCON VTS can support further extensions : Mayotte Port Authority will be able to upgrade their system with new sensors such as shore-based Radar, CCTV, Oceano & Meteo stations or VHF Direction Finder.
